You can count the amount of ingredients on one hand in this super healthy flavor punching snack. Perfectly crisp soybeans enveloped in the heat of wasabi and the full-bodied flavor of toasted black sesame with just a pinch of sea salt. They’re the perfect finish on a salad or you can eat them by the handful as an afternoon snack. I keep these in small batches and then drizzle a few drops of sesame oil over them right before eating to add even more dark and complex flavor. So, while you’re standing around talking about what you’re going to make for dinner, eat these.

Even though I’m a Japanese, I don’t really like wasabi…
However, I know TONS of people who would love this and it’s wonderful to make this for a party! Pinning!
Great recipe! I made these and I cannot stop eating them.

I love these over my asian chicken salad. So good.
