I love cherries in a salad but I’ve never put them in a sandwich or put balsamic vinegar on them. I will now! This looks yummy. Nothing better than a great sandwich when you’re hungry.

I just happen to have several bags of sweet cherries on hand (stocked up the other day when I was nervous the stores were running out). The balsamic cherries sound heavenly and would be a hit with my daughter too. Delicious! And what a great idea to make this a sandwich. Yum.
